Cochran’s Union, Missouri Headquarters location is looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects, coordinating with internal teams
  • Develop, review, and approve architectural drawings, technical documents, and specifications
  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and provide technical oversight
  • Mentor and manage junior architects, draftsmen, and project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Implement and manage BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes and CAD workflows to enhance project efficiency
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices to drive innovation
  • Participate in contract negotiations, risk management, and construction administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in an engineering or multidisciplinary firm
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
  • Strong knowledge of engineering integration, construction methods, and project lifecycle management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards
  • Architectural licensure, required

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing full-service projects from concept through completion
  • Knowledge of LEED certification and sustainable design principles
  • Familiarity with contract administration, bidding, and procurement processes
