About the position
As a Project Manager at Abacus Architects, you will play a key role in overseeing and executing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and constraints.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Main point of contact for all projects, including presentations to high-level executives.
- Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project.
- Wear multiple hats when managing and coordinating anywhere from three to five projects concurrently.
- Ensure contract documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable requirements and standards.
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships by managing expectations and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for additional services.
- Opportunity for design but not required to have design experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of related architectural experience, Licensure is not necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Associate's Degree.
- Great communication skills both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in REVIT and the ability to assist with Construction Documentation.
- Experience leading multiple projects in multiple industries.
- Good planning and mentoring skills.
