About The Position

Parkhill is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Healthcare Team. This role leads all phases of healthcare design projects with a focus on quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, practical execution, and a solid understanding of healthcare design needs. This position supports community growth through impactful, purpose-driven design.

Requirements

  • Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare design
  • At least 3 years of experience managing healthcare projects
  • Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and SketchUp
  • Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support effective collaboration across teams and with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing innovative and relevant project solutions.
  • Manage effective communication between the client and internal project teams.
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project costs, staffing, and resource utilization to maintain profitability.
  • Direct and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Support team members to ensure timely and quality project completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to client development initiatives.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.
  • Develop design concepts and proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and external consultants to integrate systems and designs.
  • Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and securing approvals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
