As an Architectural Project Manager, you will work in conjunction with the development team, builders and property managers, as well as a wide range of topic-based experts. Our ideal team member will have 5 – 8 years of professional working experience with at least 2 years at the PM level. He/She will have experience in multi-family housing, be self-motivated, have good leadership skills and most importantly, have a passion for providing families with affordable housing options.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology required
5-8 years of work experience with 2 years of project management
Multi-family housing, low income housing, LIHTC project experience
Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of building codes and accessibility design requirements
Ability to manage a project from start to finish

Responsibilities

Create preliminary, conceptual designs including site plan, building layouts, elevations, and amenities
Research and application of zoning codes including city, county, and state requirements
Actuate the plan review process through the acquisition of building permits
Ensure project construction complies with building plans, project deadlines, and budget
Communicate effectively between the development team, project consultant teams, and construction teams
