About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to oversee all stages of architectural projects from inception to completion. This role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit and architectural design.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in construction documentation and administration.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Architecture.
- Architectural license preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the architecture field.
- Experience with single-family residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all project stages from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Manage the project budget and schedule.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
- Oversee and guide internal team members.
