About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Architectural Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our education team, focusing primarily on K-12 projects. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a Project Manager role, or as a strong Project Architect with exposure to project management on K-12 projects. The Project Manager will lead the design process through all project phases, ensuring effective and efficient team collaboration. This role involves coordinating scopes, communication plans, contracts, budgets, and schedules with both client and consultant groups. A deep understanding of design and construction, experience with large teams, client interfacing, and leading on-site activities are essential. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the architecture industry
  • Recent experience with K-12 education projects in a Project Manager role (or as a strong Project Architect with exposure to project management)
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Architecture license required, preferably in the state of Colorado
  • Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, AIA Contracts, MS Project (or similar), and Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar)
  • Familiar with Revit/BIM 360, Miro, and Microsoft Teams
  • A deep understanding of design and construction
  • Experience with large teams
