About The Position

Ricondo is seeking a student intern with an emphasis in Architecture or Urban Planning in our Atlanta office for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. We believe the best way to learn the business firsthand is by working alongside our talented team of aviation consultants in our offices. Ricondo staff are passionate and committed to working collaboratively with our airport clients to assess options for resolving complex issues facing the aviation industry today. As an intern, you will gain experience in programming and developing architectural concepts and schematic designs of passenger terminal and airside gate facilities. You will be exposed to software platforms used to simulate passenger terminals, aircraft, and ground service vehicle operations; as well as planning processes involved with defining complex high-value airport capital programs. You will work under the direction of a registered architect and with teams of airspace, airfield, terminal, and ground transportation experts. Your experience can count toward NCARB Architectural Experience Program® (AXP®) hours. No two airports are the same, and no two projects are alike. We strive to diversify our internship program experience by having interns work on a broad range of active client projects.
