Help Shape Metal Into Precision-Built Roofing Components Join a hands-on team in Tampa, FL where quality, safety, and teamwork drive every bend. As our Architectural Metals Folding Technician, you will transform flat sheet into high-precision parts used in roofing and architectural applications. Your Impact Translate specs and drawings into accurate folding machine setups. Run production confidently, keeping an eye on consistency and output quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Verify parts meet exact tolerances; adjust programs or setups as needed. Keep the work area safe, clean, and well-organized. Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals. Record production data, counts, and machine performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework in machine operation is a plus.
Background as a folding machine operator or in similar metal-forming roles preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong math skills—capable of understanding roof pitches and calculating precise bend angles.
Mechanical aptitude with a knack for troubleshooting.
Ability to deliver under deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
Team-first communication and collaboration.
Availability for flexible scheduling and potential overtime.
