About The Position

The Architectural Intern supports the Architecture team with design, documentation, and project-related tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a professional design environment. This role provides exposure to real projects across multiple phases, working alongside architects, engineers, and designers under the guidance of licensed professionals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Junior- or Senior-level student preferred
• Working knowledge of Revit and basic familiarity with architectural drafting and modeling preferred
• Understanding of fundamental architectural design principles and construction concepts
• Ability to follow direction, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate in a team-based environment
• Interest in learning about the architectural profession, project workflows, and firm operations

Responsibilities

• Assist with architectural design and documentation using Revit and other design tools
• Support the development of drawings, plans, details, and construction documents
• Assist with producing and maintaining BIM models in accordance with office standards
• Support project teams with specifications, research, and basic cost information
• Participate in design charrettes, coordination meetings, and internal project discussions
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, and other construction administration tasks as appropriate
• Participate in site visits to observe construction progress and design implementation
• Prepare presentation materials, renderings, and graphics for internal and client use
