About The Position

We are seeking an Architectural Intern/Emerging Professional that is on AXP track and pursuing licensure, with 2-5 years of experience working in an architecture office in the US. This is a fully ONSITE position located in downtown Dallas, TX. Ideal candidates should have: Architectural degree from accredited college/university 2-5 years of professional experience Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Service-oriented mindset with a team player attitude Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills General Building Construction knowledge for SD/DD/CD Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Draft architectural plans using computer-aided design and drafting software (Revit) Add details to architectural plans from knowledge of building techniques Specify dimensions, square footage, flooring materials and lighting plans Revise redline markups and update plans as needed and revise any additional sheets that are affected by the changes Adhere to deadlines and budgets, producing projects in time and in budget. Attend bi-weekly department meetings and participate in discussions Ability to take direction and perform specific tasks independently without direct supervision. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail with ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously Work with a sense of urgency, detail oriented, maintain project flexibility and the ability to adapt to change. Requirements

  • AXP track and pursuing licensure
  • 2-5 years of experience working in an architecture office in the US
  • Architectural degree from accredited college/university
