Requirements

• Experience managing architectural projects from kickoff to completion.
• A knack for balancing budgets, timelines, and client needs without losing your cool.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for both design excellence and team success.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose – Set clear goals, guide your team, and celebrate wins big and small.
• Be the client’s go-to partner – Keep them in the loop on progress, budget, and schedule while making sure expectations are always aligned.
• Bring people together – Act as the key connector between clients and team members, fostering collaboration and making sure projects finish strong -and fun!
