About The Position

Who we are: Pre-Design and Design Phases Aid in site survey/field investigation as required. Assist in creating presentation drawings for proposals. Assist Project Architect with preliminary design drawings and documents. Work with Project Architect and/or Engineer to produce and/or revise detailed construction documents for assigned projects. Attend site visits during construction. Attend and participate in team, client, and department meetings. Professional Growth Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Participate in the development and maintenance of architectural and engineering standards for Boldt specifications, drawing format, administrative procedures, and quality control measures.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in architecture studies.
  • No experience required.
  • Knowledge of construction technology, and design.
  • Must be proficient in and understand computer aided drawing software including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, and other similar systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and accountability to the team.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.

Nice To Haves

  • Plans to pursue architectural licensing preferred.
  • Knowledge with other graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, and 3D rendering capabilities is preferred.

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $44,750 - $55,216 per year.
