CPH’s Architectural Team has an exciting opportunity for a talented Architectural Designer to join their team supporting a major client program due to rapid growth and opportunity! This will require high collaboration and heavy cross-functional work across several disciplines within CPH to provide the final work deliverable for our client. General Overview: The Architectural Designer supports CPH in all aspects of the design process, including presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. This role requires collaboration with a diverse project team and follows the established standards to ensure successful project outcomes. Why You’d Be Interested Have you ever been interested in being part of the architectural design team that aids in the full AEC execution of one of the largest retail brands you likely shop at on a weekly or daily basis? That’s exactly the type of long-term opportunity and team this role would be for a talented Architectural Designer! This is a fantastic role to build your design professional experience as well as the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented and seasoned designers in AEC resulting in constant growth and refinement of your technical expertise. Our Team at CPH This team is one-of-a-kind and highly collaborative. There is constant collaboration and support provided to one another, and everyone brings a team, all hands-on deck mentality. Everyone on this team has worked very hard together to collectively achieve their goals. With that, every single team member has supported different facets of the design process to achieve the total goal which is delivering for the client the quality work product. What We Are Seeking This is a great position for a hard-working and collaborative individual who is a true team player and sees no task as too small. This is an ego-free environment where you will be working routinely and long-term on support of technical design for retail-focused projects. What You Will Do The Architectural Designer will support any technical design tasks assigned to support final execution of design intent from prototype forward to next design phase. Thus, the process would include production of design guidelines and templates resulting in your primary goal of producing final construction documents. The responsibilities will include heavy and routine use of Revit to site adapt retail prototypes and ensure that they meet company design intent. What You Should Expect This role will require long-term commitment to technical design production support with the end-goal being production of construction documents. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who wants to grow with our team long-term with an abundant growth path in our organization. However, we expect this individual to support this path for a minimum of 2-3 years with highly focused Revit design support on major retail design needs dedicated to this big brand program.
