Summit Design and Engineering Services is seeking a creative and driven Architectural Designer for our Westminster, CO office. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
2-5 years of professional experience and on ARE licensure track
High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe CS & MS-office
Experience in architectural design, detailing, building systems codes and construction techniques
Thorough understanding of architectural practice and project delivery
Experience with coordination of clients and multi-disciplinary consultants
Strong creative, problem-solving and technical skills
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, as well as within a virtual setting.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Participate in all project phases including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration
Integrated Revit modeling and related project document development including renderings, plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and specifications
Develop high-quality, accurate project documents
Attend meetings with clients, consultants & contractors, and make regular project visits
Provide research and create graphics to support business development and marketing activites
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary project team across multiple offices
