Requirements
- Background in architectural design with a focus on commercial projects
- Strong experience using 3D CAD and design software (Revit preferred)
- Proven ability to work across all project stages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Degree in Architecture or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver detailed design packages for commercial projects
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Support project stages from concept through construction documentation
- Contribute creative design solutions that align with client goals
- Coordinate with engineering and design disciplines to ensure project quality
- Participate in design reviews and presentations
