Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 5+ years of post-graduate professional experience
• Experience in Retail projects required
• Excellent communication & presentation skills and highly organized
• Proficient Revit skills required
• Candidate will be a solid self-starter, creative thinker, and independent problem solver.
• Self-motivated candidates demonstrating a proactive work ethic are ideal.
• A commitment to sustainability as a responsible business practice and approach to design.

Nice To Haves

• Architectural registration (or on track) is strongly preferred.
• AutoCAD knowledge and experience a bonus
• Photoshop, InDesign or additional graphic skills preferred.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable and adept at working on multiple fast paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with an expanding major retailer with a multi-state footprint.
• Design and construction document development for execution of retail projects.
• Attending site survey’s and presenting projects to clients.
• Overall team management to ensure and complete project assignments and reviews.
