This position provides assistance to Senior Architects on the development and design of documents and other related tasks. Why join us? Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited program
  • Minimum of two years of architectural experience
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other essential software and equipment for field and office work
  • Working knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning, building codes, and building materials.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and modify construction documents including performing calculations, programming, design analysis, conceptual drawing, and final design under general supervision
  • Analyze complex reports, maps, and drawings for the built environment
  • Perform preliminary assessments and site inspections; perform reviews and inspections of construction proposals to ensure compliance with plans
  • Accompany Architects to site visits as needed
  • Perform other duties as requested
