About The Position
This position provides assistance to Senior Architects on the development and design of documents and other related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited program
- Minimum of two years of architectural experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other essential software and equipment for field and office work
- Working knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning, building codes, and building materials.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify construction documents including performing calculations, programming, design analysis, conceptual drawing, and final design under general supervision
- Analyze complex reports, maps, and drawings for the built environment
- Perform preliminary assessments and site inspections; perform reviews and inspections of construction proposals to ensure compliance with plans
- Accompany Architects to site visits as needed
- Perform other duties as requested
