Candidates will have experience in architectural design/analysis with a thorough knowledge of industry standard design practices and codes. High rise experience is desired for this is a rapidly growing forensic investigation market. Specifically, candidate shall have experience in the preparation of contract documents as an architect of record, performed QA/QC, development/analysis with construction documents including but not limited to RFI's, submittals, change orders, and compliance documents. Candidate shall have served as a consultant on construction defect claims and/or litigation, with strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards. Additionally desired are candidates with premises liability and casualty claims. Candidate shall have ability to opine on standard of care in construction and/or accident claims. Appropriate candidates will have experience in architectural design/analysis and the ability to develop, analyze, and evaluate detailed construction documents, drawings, and/or specifications. Candidates should demonstrate creative thinking in order to resolve complex structural design problems. Additionally, candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have a collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
