About The Position
Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Senior Architect to their Cape Coral, Florida office!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Registered Architect or eligibility to complete the ARE
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software (Dynamo, Grasshopper)
- Expert knowledge of 3D modeling software
- Construction administration experience
Nice To Haves
- LEED accreditation preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from schematic design to construction administration
- Primary construction administration contact (conduct site visits, lead owner/contractor meetings, resolve on-site challenges)
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Present design concepts/project updates to clients
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, fire regulations, zoning laws, and accessibility requirements.
- Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
