Majesco is seeking an Architect for our Salesforce native Product line: Majesco ClaimVantage Claims for Life and Health, Absence and Accommodations.   • Ensure quality deliveries to fulfill customer objectives by meeting functional and non-functional criteria.
  • Design and develop functional Salesforce technology solutions by closely working with Architects, Business Analysts, and Product teams.
  • Lead technical solution of the product implementation.
  • Support execution of projects from both solution and technology perspective.
  • Support pre-sales.
  • Provide support to Project Management team in estimation, planning, monitoring, tracking, and risk/issue resolution.
  • Develop and demonstrate Technical PoC followed by implementing the learnings in the form of quality driven functional code using architectural patterns.
  • Ensure compliance to organization & industry standard practices.
  • Understand the product roadmap and business needs to define product requirements and architectural solutions.
  • Perform design, development, test/review, and support of new and existing products for the Salesforce platform including integrations with other platforms.
  • Develop & implement architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product.
  • Document the architectural blueprint and end to end design through architecture, technical, user, troubleshooting, how to, etc. documents/guides.
  • Support issue analysis and fixing activities during test phases, as well as production issue resolution.
  • Provide technical oversight as a design authority for multiple products, review and approve proposed architecture-related changes from the Engineering team.
  • Strong Salesforce development experience, architect level certification with Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to connect, resonate, and establish credibility with an array of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate and predict ‘the question behind the question’.
  • Global accessibility as well as the ability to seamlessly work with remote teams.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excitement and passion for leading an emerging technology in the Insurance space.
  • Ability to tackle technical queries and problems with zeal and enthusiasm, helping team to successfully steer towards quality-based solutions.
  • Minimum 6+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in product development, 4+ years preferably in Insurance domain.
  • Technical expertise and hands-on industry experience in Apex and other high-level languages such as Java, C#.net, JavaScript.
  • Deep knowledge of design principles such as SOLID.
  • Champion for Agile and TDD mindset.
  • Minimum experience of 4+ years in working with product engineering teams and activities in an offshore context.
  • Experience of working in a software product-centric organization.
  • Experience developing on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
  • Experience working in Agile (SAFe) projects and well conversant with Agile processes, metrics, and implementation.
  • Should have working experience in solution architecture, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, production support, environment support, and implementation of Enterprise applications.
  • Is hands on to implement the design in code and also is experienced to do code reviews manually and also convert any repetitive manual code reviews into automated code review.
  • Must have worked on web services building using HTTP-SOAP, REST, and integrated multiple systems in an environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or global equivalent) in Computer Science or related field, master’s degree desirable.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile development practices and processes, SAFe Agilist certification preferred.
  • Good understanding of individual life insurance with expertise in at least one of the business processes i.e., new business, UW, servicing, Billing or Claims, is desirable.
