Under the leadership of Oracle's Chief Security Officer, Global Product Security manages and promotes the use of Oracle Software Security Assurance standards throughout Oracle. This role acts as a central resource to help development teams improve the security of their products and handles specialized security functions. The Security Program Management team collaborates with organizations across the enterprise to build security into the design, development, and deployment of Oracle services and products. We are seeking strategic thinkers who are ready to use their skills and expertise to effect meaningful change across the company. In this position, you will capture Oracle business and industry requirements on AI security, translating them into technical architectures and guidance aligned with Oracle Software Security Assurance standards and Oracle's strategic objectives. You will work closely with our engineering, data science, and security teams, advising and guiding on best practices to embed security into AI-enabled applications. This role is ideal for professionals looking to balance technical projects with direct mentoring responsibilities, as you will have the opportunity to coach and upskill junior members of the team. As a successful candidate, you must have a genuine excitement for security, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, as well as a desire to help and mentor others. You will establish trusted relationships with development teams and the Oracle security communities, providing technical governance and guidance on security measures and safeguards to embed in Oracle AI systems and applications. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining market awareness and extending AI security guidance over time, ensuring that deliverables meet the high standards required by Oracle.
