About The Position

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in analytics engineering.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering, Adobe Analytics Reporting, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Target.
• Experience in Customer Analytics and Sales & Marketing within the T&H Hotels domain.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in data privacy regulations and compliance.

• Experience in the T&H Hotels domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Analytics solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Adobe Audience Manager to enhance customer segmentation and targeting.
• Provide technical expertise in Adobe Analytics Reporting to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and optimize Adobe Target campaigns to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools.
• Conduct regular audits of analytics implementations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in analytics engineering.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
• Create and maintain documentation for analytics processes and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytics tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities within the organization.
