The Architect Lead is responsible for leading application implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities, and supports Technology Governance, the Project Management Lifecycle, Service Transition and Service Operations. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in related field with 4 years of relevant experience required OR Associates Degree in related field with 6 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma, or equivalent, with 8 years of relevant experience
  • Previous work experience with software used in a financial, clinical, curriculum development or enterprise systems setting
  • Previous work experience supervising individuals to achieve desirable business outcomes is preferred
  • Previous work experience using verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities
  • ITIL certification within 6 months of employment
  • Expertise and certification in supported technologies as required by role.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).
  • Current Epic certification
  • Epic certification in multiple application modules or graduate program preferred
  • Minimum of two years previous work experience supporting Epic in design, implementation, and configuration.
  • Minimum of three years previous experience in Retail Point of Sales, ERP, CRM, programming, business analysis or other related ITS function
  • Previous work experience with Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources business practices and systems
  • PeopleSoft certified specialist, or equivalent certification relevant to ERP required.
  • Minimum of three years previous work experience with Radiology PACS\RIS, OR Financial document imaging, OR Medical records scanning and imaging
  • Must have current certification in one of the following: AGFA PACS, OR OnBase, OR Teremedica, OR equivalent imaging solution still relevant to conducting business.
  • Minimum three years previous experience in website administration and management. Experience must include one year as a web administrator
  • Working knowledge of software development and web content authoring tools
  • Previous experience with SharePoint technologies, portals and Internet Information Server (IIS) administration, and working knowledge of Office365
  • Previous experience with Application Lifecycle Management and DevOps preferred
  • Licensed Candidates must possess and maintain active licensure in accordance with Oklahoma State Law.

Responsibilities

  • Mentoring and training of junior team members
  • Assists with goal setting and defining performance objectives for application team.
  • Facilitates discussion that may be controversial while understanding the agendas and perspectives of others.
  • Develops professional relationships with key stakeholders in applicable operational areas as a means of promoting communication and collaboration as a critical component of successful project implementation as well as achieving excellence in customer support
  • Gathers initial requirements, identifying scope and objectives for system changes
  • Leads roadmap planning of Applications keeping versions current and supported.
  • Conducts current state analysis of systems and procedures and recommends system design or modifications to achieve desired goals
  • Provides technical support in the evaluation of new financial, clinical, or enterprise systems software products including performance testing, reliability testing, deployment requirements, functional requirements, manpower requirements, and maintainability.
  • Leads staff and vendors involved in deployment and installation of applications, as projects move from Service Transition through Service Operation and functions as a team leader in all development and implementation efforts
  • Oversight of the creation and maintenance of the as-built architectures to support Service Transition and Service Operation
  • Actively supports the development and maintenance of test plans and scripts including: functional, unit, system, integration, volume, stress and failover testing
  • Plans, documents, and implements software patches and upgrades for assigned service line.
  • Actively monitors and appropriately assigns problem tickets, incidents, and schedule reviews to determine support needed for existing and new systems
  • Completes root cause analysis on failures resulting in downtime or performance unacceptable to service level agreements.
