Our Restoration & Renewal practice provide owners and managers with solutions to a wide range of structural, envelope and Mechanical Electrical and Plumping systems needs for existing properties of every use, age and construction type. Our multidisciplinary design and assessment services cover a wide range of needs. We perform condition assessments, investigations, feasibility studies and peer reviews. We design repairs, renovations and alterations and oversee their execution in the field. The Role We have an opportunity for an Architect Intern for our Restoration & Renewal Practice. This is a full-time internship for Summer 2026.

Requirements

• Senior Ungraduated going into final year with a concentration in Architecture.
• Excellent Academic Record.
• Experience with using AutoCad.

Responsibilities

• On-site inspection/investigation including surveying and documenting observations, photographing and sketching.
• Design and detailing for façade rehabilitation and roofing replacement of various types of existing buildings.
• Preparation of Technical and investigative reports.
• Maintain project records.
