About The Position

Gray Design Group is looking for inspired and creative architects who want the freedom to unleash their imagination to design beautiful and functional spaces that engage people, build communities and create solutions for the future. We have created a personable and welcoming group, which is why nearly every new hire says the top thing about Gray is ‘its people.’ This dedicated and deeply motivated team (or, as we affectionately call them, the “groupies”) is energetic and giving. As a small and certified Women-Owned Business, we value the importance of creating a diverse workforce and portfolio within a friendly and approachable environment. We value collaboration and encourage learning by supporting personal and professional growth. At Gray, we understand that your personal life often inspires a passion for design. Our people-first approach, offering flexible schedules, a hybrid work model, a robust benefits package and financial support for CEU credits, creates a culture our employees take pride in. If you would like to join our multi-disciplinary team, we have several openings in our Architecture Studio. We are interested in registered architects as well as those currently seeking licensure. We are seeking a full-time summer architect with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. This position involves working with diverse teams on a wide range of potential project types, including industrial, senior living, and multi-family housing and will work in all phases of project development. Our approach to design is rooted in the belief that integrating architecture, interiors, branding and graphics are all crucial elements for a project's success. Instead of treating them as separate phases, we consider them essential components of the design process.
