About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to design, lead, and deliver complex identity solutions for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a senior technical consultant who combines deep Microsoft IAM expertise with strong leadership, documentation, and executive level communication skills. The IAM Architect will serve as a technical authority across Microsoft cloud based identity, identity security, and hybrid environments, leading solution architecture, delivery teams, and client engagements from design through implementation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a technology consulting or equivalent enterprise technical role
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex Microsoft IAM solutions
- Demonstrated success leading technical delivery teams in consulting engagements
- Strong background in cloud identity architecture and identity security
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise scale Microsoft Identity and Access Management solutions with a strong emphasis on cloudfirst and Zero Trust principles
- Lead technical delivery teams in complex consulting engagements, ensuring high quality outcomes and adherence to best practices
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders, including senior technical staff and executive leadership
- Produce detailed technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation runbooks
