About The Position

We are seeking to hire an Architect II to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team for our Chicago, IL, New York, NY and/or Charlotte, NC offices and offer a hybrid work schedule. We seek a highly motivated team member who is passionate about their work and fired by intellectual curiosity. Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 2 years related architectural experience.
• Strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience on complex projects a strong asset.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
• Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) as well as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong digital modeling skills and well-developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
• Work directly with our firm leaders and with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects.
• Apply a blend of collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure that our clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.
