About The Position

RadiusAI is an early-stage startup that is helping brick & mortar retailers revolutionize retail customer experience with innovative products like ShopAssist. The position involves preparing information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, or construction time. You will integrate engineering elements into unified architectural designs and prepare scale drawings or architectural designs using CAD or other tools. The role requires designing ideal camera and shelving layouts using constructed 3D floor plans from blueprints and optimizing the flow of customers at a customer’s location using real-world 3D simulations with AutoCAD. Additionally, you will analyze large amounts of data to come up with optimized performative designs for various customer or client locations, build data pipelines to analyze and optimize layouts from customer footfall data, and create interior designs in 3D for retail establishments. You will also create ActiveX Automation scripts for AutoCAD with Python (Pyautocad). This position requires 10% domestic travel for the installation of hardware at client locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, or a related field of study.
• 6 years of experience in the job offered, as an Architect, or a related occupation.
• 6 years of experience in 3D Interior design and interior simulations with AutoCAD.
• 6 years of experience in building data pipelines to analyze and optimize layouts from customer footfall data.
• 6 years of experience in design flow optimization.
• 6 years of experience in building Pyautocad ActiveX automation scripts and 3D simulations.
