About The Position

The Archibus Project Advisor will support a large-scale IT development initiative in Archibus, the Department of State’s system of record for domestic space management. In this role, the incumbent will provide high-level project coordination, requirements development, technical guidance, and stakeholder engagement to advance modernization of Archibus. The incumbent will support the ongoing implementation and enhancement of Archibus modules, including Parking, Event Management, Enterprise Asset Management, and future platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • TEN (10) years professional experience with a minimum of FOUR (4) years of Archibus implementation experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale IT projects for the Department of State or comparable federal agencies.
  • Strong background in enterprise system development, requirements gathering, and IT project coordination.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing or managing Assets, Capital Projects, Preventative Maintenance, or Parking modules in Archibus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-lifecycle project management support for large-scale Archibus development initiatives.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, translate business needs into technical specifications, and document functional workflows.
  • Manage a team conducting testing, configuration, and deployment of new Archibus modules and enhancements.
  • Manage a team conducting system reviews, assessing technical solutions, and providing recommendations to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Manage the development and delivery of formal presentations and status briefings to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and performance indicators.
  • Facilitate progress meetings, design reviews, and cross-functional coordination sessions.
