About The Position

ARCHER Analyst Lead The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. What You'll Work On: Oversee, train, and mentor a team of Archiving and Enhanced Retrieval System (ARCHER) analysts. Develop, maintain, and update internal SOPs and policies. Alternate between deploying forward during training events and serving as an ARCHER Analyst. Utilize ARCHER or designated government AAR system to monitor the battle, provide input to the program’s Exercise Control Group (ECG) assisting with adjudication and exercise control, and provide information to the Opposing Force Commander enabling their conversations with exercise leadership and their participation in unit AARs. Motivate team members and facilitate team meetings. Provide guidance to team on development, performance, and productivity issues. Represent the team, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures in accordance with organization cost, quality, and productivity goals. Report to organization management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine
  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military, or 10+ years of experience in the military in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) and Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)
  • Experience using the Archiving and Enhanced Retrieval System (ARCHER)
  • Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to utilize a customer-focused approach
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Master's degree
