Requirements

Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise or equivalent Esri enterprise stack; operational support for production GIS services.
Integration experience (APIs, eventing/automation, data sync) and operational mindset (monitoring, incident response, change control).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with FAA inspection-driven workflows and audit recordkeeping expectations (e.g., Part 139 inspection context).

Responsibilities

Engineer and operate ArcGIS environments that support near-real-time operational workflows (field data capture, dashboards, executive visibility).
Implement automation for operational reliability (notifications when inspections are missed; routing events to stakeholders; service-level monitoring).
Integrate GIS workflows with work order/maintenance systems to automate ticket generation and reduce manual steps.
Implement data publishing pipelines and enforce quality controls for authoritative layers used in operations and compliance reporting.
Troubleshoot performance, availability, and data latency issues across the stack (field apps → services → dashboards → integrations).
