About The Position
The Arcade Attendant is responsible for delivering a fun, safe, and welcoming arcade experience for all guests. This role includes operating arcade games and redemption areas, assisting guests with game play and prizes, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized, and friendly environment.
Requirements
- Must be friendly, dependable, and guest-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Basic math and money-handling skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the arcade for extended periods
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or arcade experience
- Cash handling or POS experience
