About The Position

Round One Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Associates for their Amusement Department. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who enjoy video games, bowling, and karaoke, and who thrive in a lively, customer-focused environment. The position involves engaging with customers, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of amusement games, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to determine their needs during assigned shifts.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Keep games and counters clean and visually appealing to customers.
• Respond politely and responsively to customer requests.
• Answer phone calls for general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
