About The Position

The Arcade Associate at Wilderness at the Smokies is responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests in the Arcade section of Adventure Forest. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining safety standards while assisting guests with their arcade experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests with purchase of access to rides.
• Acts as cashier, taking money from guests to load amounts onto playing cards.
• Handles redemption of points from guests and provides correct merchandise.
• Demonstrates excellent cash and credit handling skills.
• Communicates safety rules effectively and tactfully to guests.
• React calmly and quickly in stressful or emergency situations.
• Visually observes guest actions to prevent safety hazards.
• Ensures outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment.
• Alerts proper personnel when games need repair.
• Maintains cleanliness in the ride/attraction area.
• Follows all safety standards and reports any violations.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Benefits
