About the Role As a ThirdChannel Brand Rep for Arc'teryx, you’ll play a critical role in: Educating store associates and customers about Arc'teryx products. Merchandising gear to ensure optimal presentation and accessibility. Acting as a brand advocate by sharing your product knowledge and outdoor experiences. Each assigned retail store will be visited once a month, for 1-1.5 hours to ensure ongoing support and brand alignment.

Requirements

Prior sales or customer-facing experience (retail preferred).
Genuine passion for Arc'teryx gear and outdoor adventure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in visual merchandising .
Reliable, organized, and tech-savvy.
Comfortable installing and using the ThirdChannel app .
Own a smart device (iOS 15.0 or Android 10.0+) with internet access.
Have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel across your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Lead training sessions and educate store staff on Arc'teryx products, technologies, and brand values.
Deliver engaging in-store product presentations and demos.
Capture in-store photos.
Conduct inventory audits.
Perform competitive product analysis.
Gather employee feedback and insights.
