About The Position
ASRC Agile Decision Sciences, LLC is seeking an ArcGIS Enterprise Application Specialist to support our customer. The Functional Analyst will be responsible for developing status reports, tracking issues, executing problem resolution, and ensuring project quality control. This role requires the creation and execution of internal team and external client communications models. The Functional Analyst will also perform Tier 1 Helpdesk support, system testing, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and experience with the entire ISD life cycle. Strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to multitask, are essential for success in this position. The work environment is hybrid, with the location being at the Pentagon and other Government facilities within the National Capital Region (NCR) two days a week. The candidate will have the flexibility to telework three days a week with customer approval, although additional in-office work may be required depending on work demands. The position requires a working knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise Explorer, ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, and Administrator client applications, as well as an understanding of enterprise-level database architecture, Windows and Linux operating systems, SQL database, and IIS server configuration and operation. Familiarity with BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD is also necessary. Candidates should have 5-7 years of relevant experience and an Associate degree from a two-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
