About The Position
As a Restaurant General Manager at Arby's, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This position is not just about managing a restaurant; it’s about setting new standards of excellence in the quick-service dining industry. You will be responsible for controlling profitability through effective cash control and security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports to take appropriate actions. Your leadership will be crucial in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers, ensuring that the restaurant is staffed with the right talent to achieve operational excellence. In your daily operations, you will coach and train all employees to ensure they provide an exceptional visit for guests, characterized by friendliness and high-quality products. You will also be responsible for completing inventory counts every other week and ensuring that the restaurant is kept clean and welcoming. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be expected to stand and walk constantly during your shifts, maneuver through compact spaces safely, and operate restaurant equipment effectively.
