Marzilli & Company is an award-winning landscape contractor that builds and maintains ultra high-end landscapes in the Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, Rhode Island and Berkshires regions. We are dedicated landscape professionals who are committed to the industry. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking additional Arborists to join our team. We are looking for multiple individuals at all skill levels to strengthen our Tree Care division. From ground person to experienced Certified Arborist and/or climber.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Ability to perform the essential physical duties as listed above
Knowledge and experience in appropriate equipment operation, cabling and bracing, and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

Certifications including MCLP, MCH, ISA or state arborist certifications preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Perform tree pruning techniques of trees and shrubs
Lead a team of tree professionals, managing performance and conducting knowledge transfer of techniques and skills
Willingness to learn and/or participate in: Ornamental Pruning Tree climbing Rigging Cabling and bracing Removals
Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)
Implementing work zone safety procedures
A strong commitment to adhering to the safe workplace culture of R.P. Marzilli
