Requirements

• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons

• No prior arborist experience is required—we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assisting crews with tree trimming, pruning, and removals
• Learning proper rigging, climbing, and arborist techniques
• Operating equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and rigging gear
• Supporting climbers and foremen to ensure safe and efficient job sites
• Helping maintain clean, professional work sites
• Learning industry best practices and ISA arboriculture standards
