Requirements

  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a strong desire to solve problems and the ability to think creatively out of the box.
  • Skilled in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to address challenges, resolve issues, and tackle root causes effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, such as data sorting and filtering, pivot table creation and manipulation, and conditional formatting.
  • Excellent ability to independently manage challenging situations.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to work in a collaborative team and independent environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Arbitration team by monitoring workload for program volume, case queues, reporting, and metrics to ensure the team meets departmental goals.
  • Proactively identify and collaborate on cross-program process enhancements that will improve enterprise results and operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate/lead projects designed to improve organizational processes or improve efficiencies.
  • Identify training needs and best practices based on peer coaching to improve internal interaction.
  • Establish new hire training schedules and participate in the interview process for new personnel.
  • Manage relationships and facilitate escalations with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders by maintaining a strong customer-centric focus.
