About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Arabic Speaking Caregiver to join our team in supporting clients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and dedicated to providing quality care, companionship, and assistance to clients in their homes.

Requirements

• Must speak and understand Arabic fluently.
• Previous caregiver, CNA, or home health aide experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Must pass background screening and provide references.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families in Arabic and English.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the care manager or supervisor.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
