We are seeking a skilled Arabic Cryptologic Language Analyst to join our Cyber & Intelligence team and contribute to critical national security missions in the Fort Meade area. This posting is to collect applications for current and future openings for HII Mission Technologies. Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 0 years of experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
- Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in audio translation and text translation from Arabic into idiomatic, standard American English; skill level shall be documented within 2 years prior to resume submission
- Full-time experience in Cryptologic Operations performing language processing in the required language(s)
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
Nice To Haves
- Translating and/or transcribing, and gisting shall be the primary duty for at least 2 of the 4 years of experience
- Reporting shall be the primary duty for no more than 1 year of the required 4 years
- 2 years of end product reporting experience
- 3 years performing Computer Network Operations
Responsibilities
- Scanning, sorting/categorizing foreign language written and verbal materials to recover essential elements of information
- Completing lists, translations, and transcriptions, of complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken materials from required language to English, and English to the required language
- Performing quality control on language processing activities
- Compiling and updating operational work aids and databases
- Drafting intelligence reports
