Envision Radiology is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative (Remote) to join our team. This position is open to candidates in various states including AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, LA, MO, NE, NC, OK, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI. The role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $17.55 to $21.10 per hour. Under the direction of the Billing Supervisor, the A/R Representative will be responsible for managing insurance billing processes, reviewing and verifying accounts, and generating patient statements and invoices. The essential functions of this role include following up with insurance companies on submitted claims, obtaining payment status through various communication methods, appealing denied claims, and actively managing Accounts Receivable to maintain acceptable days in A/R. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality regarding Patient Health Information (PHI) and adhering to HIPAA regulations. Additionally, the role involves identifying billing trends such as claim formats, denials, and payment issues. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, and reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
