About The Position
Fanatics is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a team in managing B2B collections of receivables, with a strong background in invoice-to-cash processes and account management. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workflows, optimizing processes, and enhancing key performance metrics to ensure timely payments, resolve deductions, and mitigate risk and bad debt exposure. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who drives process improvements, fosters collaboration, and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
