About The Position

• Receive Collections from a portfolio list assigned. • Account reconciliation within those portfolio accounts • Dispute resolutions and figure out plans to allow payments. • Tracking customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights • Reviewing accounts for releasing lien rights • Assisting with payment application as needed • Making outbound and answering inbound calls to/from customers • Performing other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years of B2B Collections experience
• High School Diploma required
• High Volume Outbound Call experience (50+ daily)
• Accounts receivable
• portfolio management
• Vendor Communication
• Customer service
• Revenue cycle
• Bilingual-Spanish
