About The Position
Join the Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department as a Swimming Pool Manager! This role combines leadership, safety, and operational responsibilities to ensure our pools are a safe, fun, and welcoming space for the community. As a Swimming Pool Manager, you will supervise staff, manage facility operations, and coordinate pool programs. You will monitor safety in the aquatic area, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies. Additionally, you will plan workloads, organize staff assignments, teach or oversee swim lessons, ensure proper pool chemistry, maintain facility cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service regarding hours, fees, and activities. You will also set up and manage Wibit inflatable water play systems while upholding the City of Greensboro's core values: Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Stewardship.
