About The Position

As an Aquatics Swim Instructor at Life Time, you will operate in a dynamic environment, dedicated to enhancing the swimming abilities of both adults and children. This role involves teaching essential life skills to younger members and accurately assessing their swimming proficiency to assign appropriate lesson levels. A key aspect of the position is also to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Aquatics Facilities. Life Time is an organization with over 160 athletic country clubs, offering a comprehensive ecosystem that extends beyond traditional fitness to encompass all aspects of well-being for individuals from 90 days to 90 years old. Requirements

  • Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)
  • Complete and pass all Life Time courses when hired
  • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
  • Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
  • Ability to routinely raise to lift more than 20 lbs

  • Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
