About The Position
The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination, administration, and implementation of aquatics programming at the Ozark Community Center and Grubaugh Municipal Pool. This role involves promoting aquatic safety, managing staff, overseeing facility maintenance, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The supervisor will work closely with the Parks and Recreation Director and will be on call during nights and weekends as needed.
