Requirements

• Aquatics, coaching or leadership experience required
• Ability to work with children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High energy
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, guidance and feedback to instructors and lifeguards
• Ensure student progress and satisfaction
• Teach swim lessons at least 1 shift per week
• Complete administrative duties such as attendance, progress tracking.
